Each of these words helps us ask different types of questions. For example, 'Хто' is used when we want to know about a person, like 'Who is your friend?' In Belarusian, we would say 'Хто твой сябар?'.

Let's look at some examples to see how these pronouns work in sentences. When you ask 'Што ты робіш?', you are asking 'What are you doing?' Here, 'Што' helps you find out about an action or thing.

In the question 'Чаму ты сумны?', 'Чаму' is used to ask about reasons. It means 'Why' in English. When you ask 'Як ты вучышся?', 'Як' means 'How' and helps to ask about the way something is done.

'Чый' is used when we want to know who something belongs to, like 'Whose book is this?' In Belarusian, we say 'Чый гэта кніга?' 'Які' helps us choose or specify, for example, 'Which is your favorite color?' or 'Які твой любімы колер?'.
